welcome to pacific german

Here at Pacific German, Inc., we are passionately dedicated to our customers’ complete satisfaction. We strive to provide the best service and experience in our ability. We utilize the most up to date and advanced tooling and technical resources, but that is only half of it. The knowledge and expertise our technicians possess in using these tools and equipment is far more proficient than any standard specialist repair shop. Our state-of-the-art Porsche, Volkswagen, Audi, Bentley, Lamborghini and BMW diagnostic scan tools enable us to perform the same accurate repairs, guided fault finding and module coding that in the past could only be carried out by expensive authorized dealerships. Our Master ASE certified technicians have the training and experience to diagnose your vehicle correctly and get the job done right… the first time!

We work closely with our customers, relaying information directly from our technicians and providing a complete understanding of work required or preventative maintenance suggested. We are always available to take pictures of the specific failure/fault, and generally can walk our customers out to the workshop and show first hand our particular findings. It’s much easier to show rather than just tell. Our customers truly appreciate the confidence we can inspire through visual explanations. We also work closely with other independent “specialty” shops in the area to diagnose, program and repair vehicles when it is out of their scope and ability.
